Withdraw to Your Own Wallet
Payouts go back the way they came. You open the withdrawal tab, choose bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or a bank account, and enter the amount you want out of your balance. Because the money returns to the number registered on your profile, that wallet has to match the name you verified. We check the request, run the same identity step used at
verification, then release it. Nothing leaves while a request is open, so you can cancel a pending one and correct the figure. Bank Transfer asks for a little more detail — account number and name — so keep those handy
- Open the payout tab — Sign in and select Withdraw from your account wallet. The payment methods you have used before are saved there for you to pick from.
- Choose a method — Pick bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay or Bank Transfer. Wallet payouts return to the number on your profile, so check it matches before confirming.
- Enter the amount — Type the sum you want moved out of your balance and confirm it. While a request is pending you can still cancel it and fix the figure.
- Clear the identity step — We run a short check against the details on file. If your wallet number has changed, update it on the verification page first.
